what an experience...

Bringing oneself up after a great fall is one of the hardest thing to do...
But the process will be made harder if high expectation is instilled without looking at the possibility of falling with a great thud...
That I have learnt from the a race that I have not come in with high hopes...
But hopes do arise when you are doing great...
But one thing for sure, when you have been doing great all thus far, one tend to forget an important part of memory that should always be part of our mind at all time...
In enjoyment should we remember, so is in sadness...
The experience I had have made me learn to embrace each moment, regardless of the emotion that comes with it, filled with dignity and composure...=)
